教授

刘承锡

刘承锡,男,1985年出生,武汉大学电气与自动化学院教授、博导、国家级特聘青年专家。IEEE高级会员、中国电机工程协会高级会员、IET会员、国际大电网协会cigré会员,并担任国际大电网协会工作组WG C2.18中国区代表。现任中国可再生能源协会发电与并网专委会委员、中国能源研究会新型电力系统专业委员会、广东电机工程协会新型电力系统专委会委员。

工作经历:于2005年和2007年在华中科技大学电气与电子工程学院获得工学学士和工学硕士学位;于2013年在丹麦奥尔堡大学能源系获得工学博士学位。2014年到2016年在丹麦国家电网公司(Energinet.dk)系统分析与国际事务部和网络规划部动态组担任系统分析师,从事丹麦和欧洲电网的建模、系统分析和规划工作。2016年到2018年在美国田纳西大学超广域弹性电力能量传输网络工程研究中心(CURENT)任高级博士后研究员。2018年到2019年在丹麦奥尔堡大学能源技术系任副教授(Associate Professor)。于2019年7月回国加盟武汉大学,任教授、博士生导师。

研究方向:长期从事新型电力系统的稳定分析、运行控制、仿真算法方面的研究工作。具体研究领域包括电力系统稳定与控制、新能源与储能并网控制、综合能源优化与控制、大数据与人工智能在电力系统中应用等。提出基于解析延拓架构的复杂电网的解析化潮流计算与脆弱性评估算法。发表学术论文80余篇,其中SCI论文30余篇,申请/授权中国和美国专利10余项。Google Scholar引用1999次,h-index 26。

项目经历:曾参与丹麦国家电网的系统性保护方案(SPS)的分析与设计、自动电压控制系统(AVC)的核心算法设计,参与丹麦多个高压直流输电项目,制定选址定容方案。主持丹麦国家电网在线动态安全评估(DSA)的平台搭建。在“丹麦电力系统安全支持服务的需求分析”项目中,因为丹麦国家电网公司节省可观的辅助服务成本而获奖。多次获得由IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid等电力能源国际顶级期刊所颁发的最佳审稿人奖。曾主持包括丹麦策略研究中心子课题、丹麦国家电网公司、美国UTK交叉学科研究基金等项目。现主持国家重点研发计划政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项子课题、中国自然科学基金青年项目,并主持国家电网、南方电网等公司的多项科研和科技项目。

学术任职:现任CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems,IET Journal of Engineering,Frontier in Smart Grids等国际期刊编委会成员,并获得2020年第四届IEEE能源互联网与能源系统集成会议最佳编委、2021年CSEE JPES最佳编委。多次受邀担任重要国内和国际会议分会场主席、宣传主席和组委会委员。
