1999年及2002年于武汉大学获机械电子专业学士及硕士学位,2005年于武汉大学获计算机应用技术专业获博士学位。2005年7月进入武汉大学自动化系(现并入电气与自动化学院)。2013年8月至2014年12月在美国纽约大学作访问学者。现任武汉大学电气与自动化学院教授、博导,人工智能与自动化系支部书记,中国电源学会无线电能传输技术及装置专业委员会委员、中国电工学会无线电能传输专业委员会委员。
